1. Project Estimates & Proof Approval
Confirm the item, specifications, quantity, finish, price, payment arrangements and target dates in the written project agreement before production. Any proof or sample approval steps should be included in that agreement.
2. Color Matching & Substrate Variation
Colours can appear differently across screens, materials and production methods. If a colour match or finish is critical, agree the reference, proofing method and acceptable variation in writing before approval.
3. Delivery & Event Installation Timelines
Confirm production dates, delivery arrangements, venue access and any installation responsibilities in the written project agreement. Schedules depend on the approved specifications, quantities and access requirements.
4. Written Project Terms
Project specifications, timelines, delivery arrangements and any applicable commercial terms should be confirmed in writing before production begins.
