1. Information We Collect

When you submit a project brief or enquiry on the Collateral Kartel website, we collect your name, business email, contact number, company name, artwork files, and project specifications solely for evaluating and responding to your production requirement.

2. How We Use Your Information

New form submissions are processed in memory and sent through our configured email delivery service to the central production desk at team@collateral-kartel.com. New submissions are not written to local enquiry logs or server files. The email provider and recipient mailbox may retain the delivered message and attachments under their own policies. We use the enquiry to respond to your request and do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information.

The application also processes the connection IP address temporarily in memory to limit repeated submissions and reduce abuse. It is not added to a local enquiry record. Hosting and email providers may process technical data under their own privacy and retention policies.

3. Artwork & Proprietary File Security

Artwork and reference files are held in memory only while the form is validated and the email is sent. The application does not write these files to server storage. If delivery succeeds, the file is attached to the email in the team inbox and may be retained there with the message.

4. Contact & Data Rectification

Older submissions may exist in server records from before this change. To request deletion of those older records or of a delivered email copy in our team inbox, contact team@collateral-kartel.com. Email delivery providers may have separate retention or backup periods.
